ChillWags Calming Chews are a health supplement intended for dogs only. They are not a drug, not a sedative, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Statements on our website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

Individual results vary from dog to dog. ChillWags is formulated for consistent daily use, and results are not immediate. Nothing on this website should be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of any specific behavioral outcome, timeline, or level of effect.

Always follow the serving guide printed on the jar, based on your dog's weight. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. This product is intended for dogs only and is not for human consumption.

Consult your veterinarian before use if your dog is pregnant, nursing, has a known medical condition, is scheduled for surgery, or is taking any medication. This product is not a substitute for professional veterinary care. 5. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed at an incorrect price.

By placing an order, you authorize ChillWags to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes and shipping fees. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

6. Orders & Cancellations

Your receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including but not limited to: product unavailability, errors in product or pricing information, suspected fraud or abuse, or restrictions on orders placed by dealers or resellers.

If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

7. Promotional Offers & Free Gifts

From time to time we offer bundle discounts, promotional pricing, and free gifts with qualifying orders. These offers are subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Free gifts have no cash value, cannot be exchanged or redeemed for credit, and are not sold separately.

If an order that included a free gift is refunded, the free gift does not need to be returned. Promotional offers may not be combined unless expressly stated.

Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and are subject to carrier availability, customs clearance, and other factors outside of our control. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, with delivery taking approximately 8–15 business days from the ship date. All return, refund, and guarantee requests are subject to our Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Our satisfaction guarantee is offered in good faith to first-time customers and is limited to one claim per customer, household, and shipping address. We reserve the right to decline any claim we reasonably determine to be fraudulent, abusive, or outside the stated terms of the guarantee.
